By accessing or using ContentStudio AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ContentStudio AI is an AI-powered content generation platform that provides tools including:

Caption Generator for social media platforms
Video Script Writer for YouTube, Reels, and Shorts
Proposal Builder for client proposals
Content Calendar generator
Email Template generator
Cold Outreach message generator

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

ContentStudio AI offers the following plans:

Starter (Free): 5 AI generations per day, access to 3 tools
Pro (₹299/month): Unlimited generations, all 6+ tools, no watermark
Max (₹1999/year): Everything in Pro plus team access and API access

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ContentStudio AI to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Spam or send unsolicited communications
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of AI-generated content before using it. ContentStudio AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The ContentStudio AI platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ContentStudio AI. AI-generated content created using our tools belongs to you, the user.

8. Limitation of Liability

ContentStudio AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
